Liz Rowland, founder and president of Accounting Resources, Inc., is a seasoned professional with a diverse background including public accounting and private industry. Since 1994, Liz has enjoyed the crazy world of recruiting; helping both clients and candidates in the St. Louis market. The ebbs and flows of the job market, and the diversity of candidates keeps recruiting interesting & challenging, even after 20 years! Liz’s dogs are regulars at the office; providing “calm” for the nervous candidate and entertainment for the staff (and a surprise for the delivery man). As a wife & “mother” of two furry kids, Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, St. Louis sports, house projects and the beach.
Lisa Robinson
Lisa is the Office Manager and a Recruiter for Accounting Resources, Inc. She started her career as an Accountant 15 years ago. Lisa has been with Accounting Resources for 5 years and splits her time between working with candidates and taking care of the accounting responsibilities of the office. As a wife and mother of 3 busy children, 3 dogs, and 1 cat she has limited free time. However, in her free time Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, outdoor activities and concerts. She also tries to make time to volunteer for local animal rescue groups as a “foster mom” when her schedule allows.
OUR MASCOTS!
Kricket and Kalli are yellow labs, 4 and 10 respectively, that belong to Liz Rowland. They’ve enjoyed coming to the office since they were small puppies and greet visitors with a big tail wag and a head butt! Although very serious in their “office mug shot” they’re far happier in their day to day routine; enjoying a game of catch, a good chew bone, belly rubs and going to the beach! They have a good work / life balance; earning Milkbones just a few days a week.
