Accounting Resources has assisted us in several searches over the past 2 years. What I appreciate most, is that I only receive their top 2 or 3 candidates, not a whole slew of resumes. They do a great job of pre-screening candidates based on our requirements and I have never felt that my time was wasted after speaking to their candidates. I would highly recommend Accounting Resources for the hard-to-fill positions. Their recruiters have accounting backgrounds and truly understand the requirements assigned to them. I have always had a good experience working with Accounting Resources both as a candidate and a client over the past 10+ years. They have placed 5-6 positions over the past 4 years, both temporary and permanent, and all the permanent placements still remain today. Accounting Resources does a better job of listening to their client than other recruiting firms I have worked with and as a result does a very good job matching the right candidate to the right opportunity. I typically get several qualified pre-screened candidates, not dozens of resumes for me to sift through myself. Liz is also very honest and up front in her evaluation of potential candidates strengths and weaknesses usually offering an insightful synopsis of the person as well as her opinion but is not judgmental or offended if our opinion differs. Accounting Resources does a good job following up with both the client and candidate after placement to ensure it was a success.
