Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and manage a database of subcontractors’ certificates of insurance. Ensure the insurance limits conveyed in certificates meet the limits listed in subcontract terms and that insurance policies have not expired.  Make requests for new certificates when appropriate.
  • Participate in weekly payroll processing tasks and payroll tax, union and any other payroll related reporting requirements.
  • Support the accounts payable function with invoice and check processing tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of various annual governmental and business license renewals.
  • Other projects or duties as deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with general accounting, payroll and accounts payable
  • Experience in the construction field is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Detail oriented
