Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing Incoming Calls and responding promptly to customers and team members
  • Assessing Customer Needs – managing customer accounts and setting up new customer accounts
  • Order taking
  • Co-ordinating logistics – connecting with our outsourced logistics providers
  • Responding to customer’s questions about our products and services
  • Assisting with payment processing and handling of material returns
  • Relationship building with our customers
  • Problem-Solving: When a customer has an issue with an order, taking the initiative to provide a solution
  • Monitoring inventory levels at our LTL facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer support experience
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook and Adobe
  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to stay calm when experiencing stressful situation
  • Friendly Effective Communication
  • Positive personality
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Accountability
  • Willingness to learn new skills
