  • Support Co-CEO’s in their daily activities
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondence, directing appropriately, taking messages and/or responding to routine requests
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including schedules/agendas, air, car, and hotel reservations for out-of-town meetings and/or personal travel
  • Prepare and finalize correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Revise, coordinate and distribute materials for Investment Committee meetings and other investor communications
  • Run occasional errands related to procurement and/or general executive support
  • Perform various other administrative responsibilities including timely preparation of expense reports, invoices, compliance information, and scanning and electronic filing / retention of documents
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials to aid in business development communications with third parties
  • Maintain dialogue and coordinate with existing and future portfolio companies
  • Interact with and manage third-party vendors (e.g. building maintenance, cleaning services, office supply vendors)
  • Ensure office supply inventory remains appropriately stocked
  • Support Controller in new hire onboarding activities (e.g. technology, scheduling, disseminate HR information)
  • Perform notarial acts for executives and other personnel
  • Onboard and train other administrative staff



  • College degree strongly preferred but not required
  • Five or more years’ experience supporting C-suite level executives highly desired
  • Adept at internet-based meeting programs; able to arrange calls and webcasts in conference rooms or remotely
  • Must be proficient in programs such as Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Adobe
  • Problem solver; excellent critical thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills; interacts with all levels of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills; prides self on accuracy and thoroughness
