RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategic initiatives and drive quantifiable outcomes. Grow, develop and align the talent acquisition team.
  • Scale our recruiting operations and processes to include digital sourcing and university campus recruiting program.
  • Play a key role in the development of clear & catchy messaging and communications both internally and externally for recruiting
  • Align the talent acquisition team’s processes and technology and assess growth opportunities and risks by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Drive coordinated alignment, action and accountability from all hiring stakeholders to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Constantly test and innovate. Use experience, external data and internal data to benchmark our practices and identify emerging trends for us to consider.
  • Embrace & exemplify the model of partnership with our hospitals.
  • Collaborate across the company to ensure we’re crafting sourcing and hiring efforts that address the business needs.
  • Maintain the candidate experience; collaborate with internal interview teams to train, consult, and deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflect the company values
  • Track and develop new talent acquisition metrics that help assess, analyze, and understand our talent pipeline, conversion, areas of recruiting strength, and areas of development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing complex and effective recruiting programs and teams in high-growth, competitive startup environments
  • Demonstrated exceptional decision-making skills in assessing talent needs and building talent pipelines in health or related talent fields
  • Experience tracking metrics, productivity and outcomes and developing tools and resources to enhance processes and outcomes
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity, excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to complete a task or project, especially when important deadlines are present
  • Willing to travel for on-site interviews, relationship building and other opportunities
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments.
