CFO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the ownership and senior management team to report key financials.
- Analyze internal operations, identify areas of improvements.
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments.
- Monitor performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage accounting department and oversee financial IT systems.
- Accumatica ERP utilization, maximizing productivity and efficiencies from new system.
- Responsible person for all significant assets – inventory, buildings, equipment, heavy equipment lease fleet, and company autos, etc.
- Manage and maintain insurance programs.
- Transition and develop important relationships, including insurance, banking and legal.
- Responsible for cash management, financial strategy, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal controls
- Advise on company and ownership tax, cash flow, estate planning, and other financial items.
- Participate with the building, development, and organization of the Board of Advisors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting degree required, MBA and/or CPA a strong plus.
- Significant Accounting experience with 10+ years’ experience in leadership positions.
- Knowledge and experience with manufacturing, sourcing, rental, heavy equipment.

- Strong relationship with the family ownership, management team, employees, and vendors.
