Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable for multiple clients.
  • Enter payroll entries for multiple clients
  • Billing for clients
  • Make journal entries as necessary.
  • Fixed assets
  • Answer phone and follow up with client/employee inquiries.
  • Forward appropriate documentation to payroll companies as necessary.
  • Maintain organized filing system for AR and AP, per entity.
  • Assist in preparing month end reports.
  • Prepare 1099s at year end.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail.
  • Create spreadsheets and reports as necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining office in neat and organized manner.
  • Assist in other miscellaneous duties, when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Experience does not need to be specific any industry; but needs to understand full cycle accounting.
