- Process accounts payable for multiple clients.
- Enter payroll entries for multiple clients
- Billing for clients
- Make journal entries as necessary.
- Fixed assets
- Answer phone and follow up with client/employee inquiries.
- Forward appropriate documentation to payroll companies as necessary.
- Maintain organized filing system for AR and AP, per entity.
- Assist in preparing month end reports.
- Prepare 1099s at year end.
- Sort and distribute daily mail.
- Create spreadsheets and reports as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining office in neat and organized manner.
- Assist in other miscellaneous duties, when required.
- Minimum of two years Accounting/Bookkeeping
- QuickBooks experience required
- Experience does not need to be specific any industry; but needs to understand full cycle accounting.
