Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Position responsible for assisting but not limited to GL account reconciliation, daily cash reporting, revenue accounting and financial analysis
- Maintains accounting systems and control procedures for the company's accounts, cash figures and related matters
- Bank Reconciliations
- Monthly Allocations
- Inter-company transactions
- Prepare and perform various journal entries to maintain the company's books
- Provide supervision and assistance to AR/AP manager
- Prepare year end schedules for auditors
- Work with Business Analyst to manage system reporting requests from various department managers
- Perform other duties per the VP- Finance’s direction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in public accounting or 5 years of financial statement or month end close responsibility
- Knowledge of basic general ledger and accounting principles
- Able to analyze information
- Data entry skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Able to communicate effectively
