Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage processing of semi-monthly salaried executive &  office payroll
  • Manage processing of monthly payroll -- incentive & commission earnings
  • Accurately withhold and initiate timely payments for all other payroll deductions
  • Manage preparation of all W-2 forms for employees and file electronically with IRS
  • Manage preparation of management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, overtime, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)
  • The Payroll Manager is responsible for all activities related to payroll processing for the semi-monthly & monthly payrolls, ensuring the accuracy of pay calculations and all necessary filing requirements, which includes sales / manager commissions.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • 5 to 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience with sales commission calculations preferred
  • Multi state payroll processing experience
  • Strong familiarity with payroll software and systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred
