RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates the preparation of financial plans and reviews; prepares balance sheets,
    investment allocation summaries, meeting agendas, charts, graphs
  • Schedules client and team meetings
  • Discusses and organizes follow up steps with the Partner and/or Advisor after client
    meetings
  • Prepares client engagement agreements and investment applications
  • Executes stock, bond, mutual fund, and variable annuity transactions at the direction of the Partner and/or Advisor
  • Monitors client accounts including dollar cost averaging activity
  • Verifies cash balances for systematic withdrawal programs; generates and reviews monthly available cash report
  • Reviews daily transaction reports to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinates account transfers and obtains cost basis information for incoming assets
  • Populates and maintains accurate client data in CRM database, client fee bill system, and reporting systems
  • Prepares fee invoices and monthly fee bill summaries; coordinates compliance approval and payment for client accounts
  • Ensures system backups are completed on routine basis
  • Monitors continuing education requirements for Partner and team members
  • Orders and maintains all supplies
  • Coordinates mailings; processes incoming mail

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year or more of relevant experience preferred
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Work experience that demonstrates interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Must be organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
